CLIENT PROFILE Donegal County Enterprise Board is a statutory agency with responsibility for local and economic development in County Donegal with particular emphasis on the facilitation and development of local businesses. The Board is representative of a wide range of other statutory agencies, community and business representatives and locally elected representatives. The Board provides an integrated range of proactive supports to businesses in the county which are reflected in the Business Information Service, including information on businesses, advice and mentoring, grant aid and training. In its role as a catalyst and facilitator of economic development the Board has developed a range of sector specific initiatives and carried out surveys and research in relation to economic development in the county. The Board also has formed a number of strategic alliances with other agencies both within Donegal and on a cross border basis. PROJECT DESCRIPTION The Donegal County Enterprise Board successfully awarded this redevelopment project to ENS. The Donegal County Enterprise Board required a highly accessible and regularly updated, bilingual website which incorporated imagery and colour that would create an attractively visual structure making it more user-friendly for its visitors. The Donegal County Enterprise Board requested the development of a mini-site as a section within the main website, which would reflect the Business Information Service publicity brochure and incorporate the designs and styles of its publication. WEBSITE SOLUTION The development of this website meets the electronic requirements for the Donegal County Enterprise Board and the Business Information Service, and its identified target audiences.
